Acro dance privates for beginner or more advanced dancers. The lessons will focus on the safe and proper technique for the student to succesfully execute the move sets within acro dance. There will be a series of set acrobatic moves in a fluent phrase transitioning into one skill to the next challenging flexability, strength, and floorwork.
